Sebastian County did much better than the remainder of the state in 2010!  Yea for us!  Mortgage interest rates remain below 5% - can you believe that!  I remember 19% and paying even more than that for a house purchased in early 1980's. 

The Realtors who stay in the "game" will reap great benefits as the year goes on.  I truly believe that.  It's tough but experience, caring and correct information will go a long way in helping people make one of the greatest  decisions in their lives.
