Curb appeal is very important when selling your home. It is making your home attractive from the outside, so you can get buyers to look on the inside. Clean up the yard & put plants or flowers w/ color to dress it up.
When showing your house in the winter it my behoove you to have a fire in the fireplace. Think warm and cozy!!!  Also, turn on all the lights possible.  Your home could appear dark on the inside because of less daylight. Open blinds, drapes, anything to let the natural light in.  And try to schedule showings during the daylight hours.
